When are Program Fees due?

Program fees are due four weeks before your program start date, or immediately if your booking is made within the four week period. Payment can be made either by PayPal or by wire transfer.  An invoice for the payment method of your choice can be generated on the LV Trip Planner once your booking has been confirmed.

In a few instances our in-country partners require payment of program fees directly. We will let you know if this is the case.
