Once I pay the Registration Fee, what happens next?

As soon as your Registration Fee has been received we send your application details through to our local team for confirmation (normally done within 48 hours). Once the local team have given us the thumbs-up we send you an email containing a link to our exclusive LV Trip Planner, which contains all the information you'll need about your chosen destination, general program details and importantly, a step-by-step guide to help you get everything sorted for the trip. You will then be able to start preparing for your travels!

If your trip cannot proceed as planned the registration fee is non-refundable but will remain valid indefinitely, for any program at any future date and can be transferred to a friend or family member.
