I've registered with LV before but I can't log in

On July 11th 2017 we launched our new website, complete with new logo and brand. It's a huge change, but one we think was long overdue. We'd been staring at that old canvas background for seven years :D

Because our new site is on a different platform with a different data structure, we were unable to migrate users and existing applications. What does this mean for you? Well, it depends on your situation...

I have an upcoming volunteer placement.

Again, we are unable to migrate existing user accounts from our old site, so you will not be able to log into the new site, but don't worry we've still got your booking all sorted :) Just contact us or email your volunteer coordinator if you require more information about your upcoming placement. 

I've already completed my volunteer placement but want to do another one.

If you registered with Love Volunteers after July 11 2016 and want to join another program within 12 months of your registration date you won't have to pay the reduced registration fee. Simply make a new application, filling in your email and password in the application form. A new user account will be made during this process.

If your 12 months has passed since your registration date you're still part of the LV Alumni. You'll pay a reduced registration fee of USD 149 for each subsequent program, for life.  Get in touch for more details.
