Will they have free time to travel, explore or relax?

Love Volunteers generally work Monday – Friday and have their weekends free. This is a great time for your son/daughter to get out and about to do some sightseeing, and explore all that their chosen location has to offer! They will find that volunteers usually organize to travel together and use public transport, organised tours or guides. The local staff will be able to recommend the best locations, give advice and options for the best things to see and do locally (this is usually also covered in the orientation). If volunteers aren’t feeling adventurous every weekend, they are welcome to stay in their accommodation and simply relax!
